Sculptor

Studied in Spain with Martín Chirino -Spanish sculptor- and with Elena Colmeiro -Sculptor-Spanish potter-.

Studied in Argentina with: Jorge Gamarra, Julián Agosta and Aurelio Macchi.

Became Architect FADU-UBA 2001. She is interested in working and thinking about sculpture for a public scale, focusing on the relationship between the sculpture and the public.

She began to exhibit regularly in 2004. Continued to participate in several collective and individual exhibitions. These included:

" FOOTPRINTS OF A DIALOG" ("HUELLAS DE UN DIALOGO") with Jorge Abot, Feb-2015, SALA J- Centro Cultural Recoleta, CABA, Argentina.

"DYNAMIC SPACES" (“ESPACIOS DINAMICOS”) Nov-2013, Lebensohn Foundation,CABA, Argentina.

"ENCOUNTERS IN SPACE" ("ENCUENTROS EN EL ESPACIO") with Mar Solís in Sívori Museum, CABA

"DRAWINGS OF TIME" (“DIBUJOS DEL TIEMPO”) March 2010, Recoleta Cultural Center, CABA, Argentina.


 

From 2009, began exhibiting with the gallery Jorge Mara-La Ruche in fairs

such as Arte BA and ARCO Madrid.

2010, constructed her first public sculpture "DANCING WATER" ("AGUA DANZARINA") located on boulevard Paseo Carlos Páez Vilaró, in the city of Tigre, Prov. Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Developed large scale projects, with precise interest in the relation of the sculptural work with the public.

Between 2017 and 2018, she made her first monumental scale work for a private collection.

2019, a new public sculpture: WIND, SUN AND MOON (“VIENTO, SOL y LUNA”) located at de the

New Park of Sculptures of Anachipurac, San Juan, Argentina.

2020, a solo exhibition of one big sculpture with drawings, in FADU-UBA. And a group exhibition: Sculptures in the Garden at the Larreta Museum, CABA, Argentina.


 

Her work is in private collections in Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Chile and USA. Also in the Collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Salta (MAC SALTA) and Collection of the Museum of Contemporary Latin American Art of La Plata (MACLA), Argentina
